Paul Vallée holds a degree of Engineering in Civil Construction from the Institut Supérieur Industriel de Bruxelles and finalized his Master in International Public Health at the Université Catholique de Louvain. Paul has over 25 years in-depth experience in construction management and facilitation of development social infrastructure and local community development projects in several overseas countries and Europe.
