Ranja is a dynamic public health professional with an impressive academic background, including a degree in management from INSCAE (Madagascar), a master’s in marketing from Lancaster University (UK), and an MBA in International Healthcare Management from Frankfurt School of Management and Finance (Germany). He has also been a Humphrey Fellow affiliated with Boston University (USA), a Chevening alumni, and holds a PMP certification since 2019.

With over 15 years of experience in Development cooperation, project management, health system and service strengthening, health financing, social marketing/behavior change programs, and social franchising, Ranja is a proven leader in his field. Fluent in Malagasy, English, French, and German, he brings a valuable cross-cultural perspective to his work.

Ranja has an exceptional track record of managing large, complex projects, including framework contracts with EU, EIB, KfW, and GIZ. He oversees all aspects of the project, from planning to implementation, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring successful delivery of project outcomes. His technical expertise in health, social inclusion, protection, and inequalities enables him to navigate complex challenges with ease. Ranja’s proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting ensures efficient project management from start to finish.
