We are delighted to announce the initiation of construction for the cutting-edge hospital building within the CHC Zagreb – Rebro complex. This transformative project is being expertly guided by management4health AG, which is supporting Croatia’s Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction, and State Assets (MoPPCSA) as the Construction Project Management Consultant during the construction phase.
Key Highlights of the Project:
- Modern Hospital Facility: Spanning an impressive 35,400 m² across seven levels, this state-of-the-art hospital will redefine healthcare delivery in the region by offering advanced medical services and infrastructure to benefit the community.
- Multi-level Parking Garage: A five-story above-ground garage covering 6,274 m² will significantly enhance accessibility for healthcare staff, patients, and visitors, improving convenience and user experience.
- Revamped Road Infrastructure: The project includes the reconstruction and optimization of existing roadways within the CHC Zagreb – Rebro complex, ensuring efficient traffic flow and seamless connectivity throughout the hospital grounds.
These developments collectively represent a milestone in modernizing Zagreb’s healthcare infrastructure, emphasizing innovation and patient-centered care.
This project is funded by the World Bank and is scheduled for completion within 24 months. Once finalized, it will stand as a testament to collaboration and progress, bringing world-class healthcare closer to the community.
