It’s been five months since construction began on the Rebro Hospital Phase III project in Zagreb, Croatia, and the progress on site is tangible.
The Construction Project Management team of m4h is proud to be leading this transformative project that will significantly enhance healthcare infrastructure in the region. Rebro Phase III represents not only a technical achievement, but also a shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and patient-centered design.
One of the key drivers of success so far has been the outstanding collaboration among all stakeholders. With clear communication, aligned goals, and a proactive approach, we’ve already reached several major milestones, and we’re just getting started!
Recently, we had the pleasure of welcoming representatives from the World Bank on the site. Their visit was an important opportunity to showcase the progress made so far and to engage in meaningful discussions about the project’s impact. Our project management leadership successfully guided the delegation through the construction site, providing detailed insights and answering all their questions.
We’re proud that the visit was very well received and reflects the transparency and dedication of our team in delivering a project of this scale and importance.
We look forward to continuing this journey—delivering a facility that will serve generations to come and setting new standards in healthcare development.
