Amirhosein HeidariProject Manager

After earning his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Amirhosein began his career working on municipal infrastructure projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams of engineers, contractors, and municipalities. He transitioned to working in the International Cooperation Office of Mashhad City Council in Iran, gaining knowledge in bilateral cooperation and programs of municipal capacity building. Through these experiences, he acquired strong knowledge in civil engineering and urban resilience.

Building on this background, Amirhosein pursued postgraduate studies in Europe, attaining a Master’s in Management of the Built Environment with Economy track in Italy from Polytechnique University of Milan. As a research fellow at the University of Southern Denmark, he was working in multilateral cooperation programs mainly with UN-Habitat and African Development Bank on urban resilience, disaster risk reduction, and climate change adaptation in cities to support science-based urban planning and design for local action, both in the Global North and South.

Currently serving as Project Manager at management4health, Amirhosein oversees social infrastructure development projects across multiple regions along with coordinating international tender processes. His technical background coupled with his practical exposure to project management, he is in a position to apply theory to action in different cultural and operational settings.
