Ibrahim Daghman is a project and digital services manager who has been working in development cooperation since 2016. His professional interests include project management, SharePoint and digital tools development, and data science.
Ibrahim holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Erfurt, where he specialised in European Public Policy and International Political Economy. Following his studies, he joined the development cooperation sector, managing bids and contracts in statistical cooperation and capacity building, primarily funded by the EU, Eurostat and WB.
Ibrahim likes to write queries and scripts in SQL and VBA. He holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from the American University of Beirut. Before pursuing his master’s, he worked as a Software Engineer, mainly working on server-side programming and database design and development.
At m4h, Ibrahim works on the acquisition and management of projects funded by international financing organisations, particularly EU, WB and GIZ. He also works on data processing and analysis particularly in projects with large datasets. Ibrahim is also responsible for in-house digital services, particularly the development of the SharePoint environment, digital tools and providing IT support.
