Patrick Haupt holds a degree in European Studies focusing on international politics and economics from Maastricht University and a degree in European Law from Julius-Maximilians-Universität, Würzburg.
In his earlier working lives he supported the implementation of a regional election campaign for Bündnis 90/ The Greens in Berlin and after that joined a Berlin-based social consultancy where he worked in the fields of youth, education, labour market and technical and vocational education and training (TVET). Patrick has, in support of different Senate Departments and the Berlin Senate Chancellery, gathered experience in planning and implementing international urban cooperation. He contributed to operationalizing the city partnership Berlin-Moscow through joint learning formats on barrier-free urban planning, and he supported Berlin’s contributions to international city networks like EUROCITIES and Metropolis and their working groups.
At management4health, Patrick works as project manager and is primarily responsible for the identification, preparation and implementation of projects in the fields of Youth, Social development, Education, labour markets and TVET.
