Adarsh graduated as a Master of Science in International Public Health from the Heidelberg Institute of Global Health at the University of Heidelberg, Germany where he served as a Young Ambassador for the DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst). During the course of his studies, he invested considerable time in gaining knowledge in various topics such as planetary health and analysed the energy efficiency and carbon footprint of hospitals.

Prior to this, he completed his Bachelors in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Calicut, India where he underwent training at the General Electric (GE) Healthcare Institute, for an array of medical equipment with special emphasis on ultrasound scanners and anaesthesia workstations.

Adarsh worked previously in India, with the Biomedical Equipment Maintenance Program of the National Health Mission and Department of Health, Kerala and conducted training sessions on medical equipment for the staff at Kogland Commerce Pvt. Ltd, an online e-commerce medical equipment platform.

At management4health, Adarsh works as a Project Manager and is responsible for the identification, preparation, liaising and collaborating with experts and implementation of projects. He also provides technical inputs for projects in the field of planning and procurement of medical equipment.
