Alena Sukhanova holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Perm State University, Russia, and a BA in English Literature and Culture and American Studies from the University of Mainz, Germany.

Her professional journey began in international education, including corporate training for oil and engineering companies in Russia, Turkey, and Kazakhstan.

In 2020, she joined m4h as a working student, contributing to the expert management and business development process as well as maintaining and further developing m4h expert database. Since 2024 she is working as Expert and Project Manager focusing on business development and expert management for bi- and multilateral financing organisations.
