Oskar Fila completed his education as Diplom Civil Engineer at the Technical University in Darmstadt. During his studies he worked for a multinational company specialised in nuclear power and renewable energy.

Since then, Oskar has had several years of professional experience as project lead/manager & construction manager in the fields of Healthcare, Data Centres, Industrial & Logistics, Transportation and Power Plants. He was able to deepen his knowledge in the areas of project management, as well as in construction management, site supervision, object monitoring and has been continuously trained. Oskar has several years of experience in execution and site supervision of construction projects, which gives him an understanding through all project stages.

At management4health, Oskar works as project manager and is responsible for the identification, preparation and implementation of infrastructural/construction projects.
