Job Description
You will be involved in activities related to office administration and assistance to office staff.
General Office Management
- Classic administrative tasks, such as organizing appointments, internal & external meetings, planning international trips, and event management.
- Independent and professional handling of Serbian and English correspondence.
- Maintenance and administration of internal databases (Sharepoint).
- Contract & Marketing database updates weekly liaising with commission managers.
- Manage mobile phone provider relationship.
- Taking notes and minutes for internal team meetings.
- Contact for IT topics and interface to our international IT department.
- Office compliance – H&S, Risk Management database, New Job Set-Up processes, Client care surveys.
- Support to the accounting department in running invoicing system
- Translation services
Project Management Team Assistance
- Support in the preparation of presentations, proposals and other project related deliverables.
- Business Generation collateral maintenance including keeping project case studies and capability studies updated.
Qualifications
- Very good computer skills (MS Office, Internet),
- Fluent in spoken and written Serbian and English,
- Knowledge of office equipment,
- Very good interpersonal skills,
- Commitment, reliability, flexibility,
- Experience in office work appreciated

Bićete uključeni u aktivnosti vezane za kancelarijsku administraciju i pomoć timu u obavljanju svakodnevnih administrativnih zadataka .
- Klasični administrativni zadaci, kao što su organizovanje internih i eksternih sastanaka, planiranje međunarodnih putovanja i upravljanje događajima.
- Samostalno i profesionalno vođenje prepiske na srpskom i engleskom jeziku.
- Održavanje i administracija internih baza podataka (Sharepoint).
- Baza podataka o ugovorima i marketingu se ažurira sedmično u saradnji sa menadžment timom.
- Upravljajte ugovornim obavezama sa provajderom mobilne telefonije.
- Pravljenje beleški i zapisnika sa internih sastanaka tima.
- Kontakt za IT teme i saradnja sa našim međunarodnim IT sektorom.
- Poslovna administracija kancelarije – H&S, baza podataka upravljanja rizicima, procedura otvaranja novih radnih mesta, ankete o brizi o klijentima itd.
- Podrška računovodstvu u vođenju sistema fakturisanja
- Usluge prevođenja
- Asistencija timu za upravljanje projektima
- Podrška u pripremi prezentacija, predloga i druge dokumentacije za predaju Klijentu, vezanih za projekat.
- Održavanje kolaterala Business Generation uključujući ažuriranje studija slučaja projekta i studija sposobnosti.
Kvalifikacije
- Veoma dobro poznavanje rada na računaru (MS Office, Internet),
- Korišćenje srpskog i engleskog jezika u govoru i pismu,
- Poznavanje kancelarijske opreme,
- Veoma dobre međuljudske veštine,
- Posvećenost, pouzdanost, fleksibilnost,
- Iskustvo u kancelarijskom radu se cijeni
