Alireza graduated as Master of Arts in International Marketing from the Technical University of Central Hesse (THM) and has double degree in Business Administration and Economics in The American University of Afghanistan (AUAF) and the Justus-Liebig University of Giessen.

Before coming to Germany in 2014, Alireza worked as assistant to the country director of Solace for the Children (SOLACE) in Kabul, Afghanistan, where he gained first experience in developing international partnersips to provide medical care, education and leadership development for children in Afghanistan.

Alireza joined management4health in March 2021 as Team Assistant. Now he is supporting tender acquisition and business development activities.
