Alireza graduated as Master of Arts in International Marketing from the Technical University of Central Hesse (THM) and has double degree in Business Administration and Economics in The American University of Afghanistan (AUAF) and the Justus-Liebig University of Giessen.

Before coming to Germany in 2014, Alireza worked as assistant to the country director of Solace for the Children (SOLACE) in Kabul, Afghanistan, where he gained first experience in developing international partnerships to provide medical care, education and leadership development for children in Afghanistan.

Alireza joined management4health in March 2021 as Team Assistant, followed by the position of BDU Officer in which he supported business development activities. Since March 2021, he is working as Project Manager, focussing on identification and assessment of project opportunities, overall bid co-ordination and expert management for projects funded by bi- and multilateral financing organisations. He further provides project management support.
