Natalia Liubcenco graduated as a teacher of English language and English literature from Nizhny Novgorod Linguistic University in 1997. 2003-2005 she studied economics at the University of Hamburg. Natalia is a Consultant in healthcare and education and has more than 15 years of experience in development cooperation in Moldova, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. She has strong mentoring skills with more than 5 years of experience in teaching and mentoring of pupils and adults including adult training and curriculum development. She has a very successful track record in event coordination with a long history in organisation and coordination of international conferences, workshops organization and moderation. While working at GFA Consulting Group GmbH, she gained tremendous experience in procurement of goods, works and services, contract administration and management and is well versed with KfW procurement rules and regulations. Natalia is fluent in German, English and Russian.

At management4health, Natalia works as senior project manager and as subject matter expert for public procurement and healthcare quality improvement. She is responsible for the identification, acquisition and implementation of different health sector projects, in particular in Central Asia.
