André Ensen has 30+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling & Accounting in different areas, 14 of which in international development cooperation.

He worked mainly on Senior Management and Managing Director level, leading and building teams and talents in a global, international, diverse, intercultural and cross-functional environment. In addition, he has a proven track record in negotiation and by developing technical, process and business solutions in close collaboration with internal and external business partners.

André is guided by inspiration, co-creates meaning and purpose, is strength-orientated, open-minded, transparent, non-hierarchical, authentic and adaptable. He always aims at connecting well and building reliable relationships with internal and external business partners. In all working relationships he is result-driven, decisive, takes responsibility, has a high level of integrity, loyalty and commitment, is energetic and with good resilience.

He joined m4health in September 2023 as Director of Finance, Accounting & Contracts.
