Albano Qojle is a Computer Science graduate from Tirana University (1997). He has spent his career leading the digital transformation of public and private sectors in developing countries, with a focus on e-Government solutions. He has extensive experience in project management, business analysis, system development and implementation, IT training, and system maintenance. He has successfully delivered innovative solutions for interoperability, business registration, tax declaration, public procurement, e-Services, and court case management. He is always committed to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

In June 2022, Albano joined m4health as a Project Manager of Digital Health opportunities. He is responsible for expanding the company’s professional network of clients and partners that align with m4h’s vision and strategic growth objectives. He aims to contribute to the further growth of m4h’s digital health footprint in different geographical areas.
