Arben PerashiProject Manager

Arben Perashi is a Geodetic Engineer with a Master of Science degree from the Polytechnic University of Tirana, graduating in 2012. He initiated his career in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) during his student years, acquiring foundational skills. Since 2012, Arben has been actively engaged in development cooperation projects within Albania, notably in projects funded by organizations such as OSCE, UNDP, and the World Bank. His work primarily focuses on land management and registration, alongside projects in health, tourism, transportation, and administration.

In 2015, Arben transitioned to the Trans Adriatic Pipeline project, assuming the role of GIS advisor. Over a span of 7 years, he spearheaded the development of various information systems pertaining to land management and acquisition. Additionally, he crafted GIS maps, tools, and dashboards to facilitate technical and social initiatives. Throughout his tenure at TAP, Arben underwent continuous training in the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).

Joining m4health in 2019 as a GIS expert, Arben pivoted towards supporting health master planning projects and infrastructure endeavours. He leveraged his expertise to create comprehensive maps and dashboards, enhancing the understanding of existing data among experts. Since 2021, Arben has assumed the role of a full-time project manager at m4health. In this capacity, he is actively involved in implementing digital health projects while also contributing to project acquisition efforts through technical proposal writing and development.
