Masood Sadiqi graduated as Bachelor of Public Administration and Public Law from Balkh University of Afghanistan. He has more than 12 years of professional experience. Throughout his career he has worked in positions such as Finance Officer, Accounting, and Administration and Finance Coordinator with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, Kabul Office, Afghanistan.

Masood Sadiqi joined management4health in June 2023 as Finance and Administration Manager. And he is supporting the Head of Finance in financial management, quality controlling, project controlling, project administration management and accounting.
