Dominik Horrion, M.A.Senior Project and Procurement Manager

Dominik Horrion graduated as Master of Arts in Peace and Conflict Studies from the Goethe-University Frankfurt am Main in 2015. Before that he finished a BA course on Political Sciences at the University Duisburg-Essen. During both course of studies he placed great emphasis on topics of the International System and specifically Development Cooperation.

During his previous working life Dominik was a member of the team „Urban and Regional Development in Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia“ at KfW Development Bank where he got first-hand experience in project management in all phases of the project cycle. He then worked for KfW Development Bank again, in the country office Accra, Ghana, in which he was able to shape his intercultural competencies and got an inside view on budget support. Later he worked for AGEG Consultants eG where he was a member of the Health Department and supported the team in project management and project acquisition of long- and short-term donor financed projects, mainly financed by the German Government through KfW Development Bank. He specialised in liaising with international experts as well as with foreign consortium partners and donor institutions. His main area of expertise covers project types of physical basic and health infrastructure, project controlling tools and reporting.

At management4health, Dominik works as project manager and is responsible for the identification, preparation and implementation of projects, as well as liaising and cooperating with experts for these projects.
