Ranja holds a degree in management from INSCAE (Madagascar), a master’s in marketing from Lancaster University (UK), an MBA in International Healthcare Management from Frankfurt School of Management and Finance (Germany). He was also a Humphrey Fellows affiliated with Boston University (USA) and holds a PMP certification since 2019 .
He is a motivated public health professional with over 15 years of experience in project management, health financing, nonprofit program development, social marketing/behavior change programs, and social franchising in developing countries. He is quadrilingual Malagasy/English/French and German.
Ranja has worked as Brand Manager of telecommunication product, Brand coordinator for Safe Water system, National business center coordinator, Project manager for Chamber of Commerce, Lecturer for marketing, communications coordinator with investment promotion agency, and strategy, and Social Franchising director for a health center network.
