Susanne Manns graduated as Translator for English and Spanish from the University of Saarland/Saarbrücken in 1999 and is since then working in the field of development cooperation. Throughout her career Susanne has focussed on business development and project acquisition as well as management and backstopping of development co-operation projects in different sectors and geographical areas, with a focus on health since 2008. She is well versed with the guidelines and procedures of various development partners (e.g. KfW, GIZ, EU).  As a Head of Department and Deputy Managing Director, at EPOS Health Management she was involved in the development and implementation of company strategic objectives and had responsibility for 12 staff members. Furthermore, she has extensive experience in the development, modification and implementation of company internal quality management procedures and processes.

Susanne joined m4health as Director of Operations in August 2018. In addition to business development and project management, she will focus on the development and introduction of high quality operational processes and services for the company. By expanding the company’s professional network of clients and partners that match with m4h vision and strategic growth objectives she will contribute to the further professionalisation of m4h services.
