management4health supports the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic to improve Mother & Child Health and Perinatal services for the Southern Regions of the Kyrgyz Republic and Talas Oblast through a set of Investment and Accompanying Measures.
The measures cover the planning, construction and equipping of new Perinatal Centers in Osh and Talas City according to State-of-the-Art principles as well as the training of senior staff in quality management, operations, maintenance of modern equipment and the implementation of an improved referral system. The medical personnel will be trained by management4health in model obstetric and neonatal care.
management4health’s project team, with its international and national experts visited the City of Osh and Talas – where the new perinatal centers will be located – to inspect the conditions of the future project sites and meet respective stakeholders including representatives of the Ministry of Health, KfW, Oblast Governors, City Majors, Hospital Managements and City authorities.
