After a steady growth over the past 10 years with an expanded dynamic team, management4health GmbH (m4h) is moving to a more inclusive dual model of leadership that will further strengthen the work we do. To best support its global programmes and foster a diversity of talent, we are pleased to announce that Dr. Aida Bayou has been newly appointed as a Managing Director of m4h, joining Mr. Stefano Ferrari in a dual leadership structure.

Dr. Bayou has over 20 years of work experience as a clinician and public health practitioner, serving in leadership and advisory roles at all levels of the healthcare system with a focus on strengthening Integrated Primary Health Care and Maternal, Neonatal, Child Health. She serves in policy advisory roles on improving health care access, quality of care, and equitable health care and financing.
Both Aida and Stefano represent two complementary fields of focus in the company, thereby strengthening m4h’s position in international development cooperation in the health sector both in terms of technical and organizational capacity.
Furthermore, Nisan Gertz has been appointed to the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board during the annual m4h General Assembly June 28 to 29, 2022. He will be replacing Prof. Michael Niechzial, the founder of m4h, who will take a leadership position with m4h’s parent company, management4development AG (m4d).

management4health GmbH was founded in 2012 as a partnership of health sector professionals specialized in the design, implementation, and in monitoring and evaluation of international health projects and programs. This year’s General Assembly coincided with management4health’s 10th anniversary, and we are excited to work together to face the challenges of the coming decade under the new leadership.
