As Senior Hospital Architect and Health Planner, Georgine is responsible for ensuring the continuity and quality of our Hospital Master Plan projects. With over 25 years of experience, Georgine has a passionate commitment to problem solving and continues to explore new avenues in medical planning. Her innovative and cost conscious space planning models place her among the top healthcare project leaders in the industry. In addition to her extensive experience in space programming and medical planning for major renovations, additions, replacement facilities and green field hospitals, she directed the development of numerous Master Plans for community hospitals and complex academic centres in the US, Canada, Middle East, Africa and Europe. Georgine is an international AIA Associate as well as a member of the American Society of Healthcare Engineering and the New York Society for Health Planning.
As Team Leader and Senior Project Manager, Zita brings additional expertise to m4h, particularly from development cooperation (ADB), private sector and ADB. After almost 20 years in international healthcare consulting, of which the last 6 being based in South-East Asia, she brings in project experience from China, Mongolia, Vietnam, Myanmar, as well as Europe (Austria, Italy) and the Middle-East. Her main fields of expertise include Economic Analysis, Health Facility Planning, Healthcare Master Planning, relocation of hospitals and feasibility studies. A graduate of the Vienna University Berlin, Zita has earned a degree in international business administration science with a focus on health economics and health facility management and planning. Prior to joining m4h, Zita worked for SOLVE Consulting, VAMED, Mediconsult and as freelancer for ADB projects.
Sascha brings a wealth of project management expertise to m4h, particularly from development cooperation with the Indonesian government. Hailing from Hamburg, Sascha has lived in Indonesia for more than 8 years and worked as an expert and team leader at the Ministry of Home Affairs and on consultant assignments for the Ministry of the Environment and the National Planning Board. His main expertise lies in the area of good (local) governance and decentralization with a focus on improved public service delivery in sectors such as health, education and disaster risk reduction. Sascha will be responsible for serving m4h’s clients in the management of project implementation especially in a backstopping role.
A graduate of the Free University Berlin, Sascha has earned an advanced degree in political science with a focus on international political economy. He is interested in questions of global public goods and social equity.
